I will also give you a personalised exercise programme to follow on the days you train on your own whether this is in the gym or at home. These training programmes will be changed along with progress made.

If you haven’t already got a nutrition plan organised, I can guide you through the information around healthy eating that will help accelerate weight loss whilst building lean muscle. Changing the way you eat does not mean going hungry!
