Session Format
Prior to your first training session there will be a free consultation meeting where we can discuss your current lifestyle, training history, any injuries and what you are looking to achieve with your training.
To help chart your progress I suggest we take initial measurements such as weight, height and inches etc along with a photo.

Warm up (10 minutes)
Its important to gradually increase your heart rate and warm up your body, mobilising you for the main part of the training.​
It also helps to prevent injuries and prepares your body for physical activity.

Full Body Work Out (45 minutes)
Each session is progressive and tailored to your needs and goals to help you achieve the best possible results.

Cool Down (5 minutes)
Here, we lower the body temperature and heart rate helping oxygen back into the muscles to aid recovery.​
We will perform static stretches to relax the muscles, reducing the onset of muscular soreness.
