Basically, strength training will help you to become stronger.
The general definition of strength training is physical movements where you will use your body weight and/or equipment to build muscle mass, strength and endurance.

The type of equipment used other than bid weight can be: Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Weight Machines or Suspension Equipment.

If your goal is to increase your strength and build muscle then after an initial assessment on your current strength levels, I will be in the position to create a personalised strength training programme for you during our sessions together.
These will be progressive where we will increase the resistance / weight lifted over time otherwise known as progressive overload.

The training may utilise static machines then progress onto the body manipulating progressively heavier weights un-aided over time, thus building upon a stronger and healthier you !
