As a qualified Trainer in Pre and Postnatal Exercise and Nutrition,

I tailor our exercise sessions to accommodate the changing needs of each

trimester during pregnancy.

Following childbirth, it's typically safe to resume exercise around 6 weeks after giving birth, under the guidance and approval of your healthcare provider. Our sessions will incorporate appropriate adaptations and precautions to ensure a safe and gradual return to physical activity.
