Proper nutrition is essential to your fat loss and muscle gains. Without this, your body can not achieve the progress and gains you want.

 

Balanced nutrition is not all about going hungry and eating lettuce !

 

As part of your training programme (should you need it) I offer guidance and meal plans which are nutritious, balanced and above all 'not boring'.

 

We will discuss your current eating habits, likes, dislikes, any allergies and the macro nutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fats) you will need going forward to build a balanced and healthy diet
